Are you getting your nutritional needs met?

Cardinal Kitchen can be the solution!

A healthy and affordable diet is hard to maintain when shopping on a budget, and eating nutritional meals in college is difficult when rushing from class to class. Luckily, whether you live on or off-campus, Cardinal Kitchen is here to help.

When crunched on time, college students have a tendency to grab things that are quick, easy, and affordable. Some students have the option of a dining plan which makes attaining nutritional food more accessible on campus. However, some off-campus students living without a meal plan may not be able to buy food with high nutritional value.

Cardinal Kitchen can give you nutritious foods and tasty recipes to create healthy meals. And for Ball State students, it’s free with your BSU ID!

There are many items available to students including:

  • Fresh fruit, vegetables and bread
  • Canned fruit
  • Peanut butter and Jelly
  • Granola bars
  • Ramen
  • Juice
  • Pasta and pasta sauce
  • Soup
  • Soap
  • Toilet paper
  • Deodorant
  • Toothbrush and toothpaste
  • Laundry detergent
  • Shaving cream and razors

Cardinal Kitchen is open the last three Tuesdays of each month. This month Cardinal Kitchen is open April 12, 19 and 26 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Cardinal Kitchen is located in the L.A. Pettinger Student Center basement in room L-26 (last room before the Bowling Alley).
