Muncie (Ind.)- Strutting with Confidence (SWC) had their annual fashion show for the semester. This year's theme was “Pretty in Pink.”
SWC was founded in 2019 by Precious Kioni. The purpose of SWC is to guide men and women to strengthen their confidence, one step at a time.
Kioni stated, “I grew a strong passion and hobby for fashion shows and modeling, and I have an interest in helping people, so I put the two together.”
The SWC organization wanted to bring awareness to breast cancer for this year's fashion show. Audience members could donate canned goods to Muncie Mission or donate a dollar to raise money for breast cancer awareness.
Throughout the fashion show the models modeled talented Ball State students clothing they designed and displayed their artwork. There was a speaker there to inform the audience of the signs of breast cancer and the steps you can follow to prevent breast cancer.
