Now that the spring 2021 semester has ended, some campus offices have new operation hours for the summer. Here’s a list of summer hours including Bracken Library, dining halls and more.
Bracken Library
Monday – Thursday

Friday
7 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Saturday
9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Sunday
10 a.m. – midnight
Bracken Library offers printing services, computer use, research databases and study rooms to students, staff and the Muncie community.

Health Center
Monday – Friday
7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
The Health Center will continue offering pharmacy services, vaccinations, testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases, consultation for various medical problems and COVID-19 testing throughout the summer. For COVID-19 vaccinations on campus, people should visit the Health Professions Building. The Health Center will return to its fall business hours Aug. 16.

Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships
Monday – Friday
8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
The Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships administers financial aid resources from federal, state, institutional and private student aid programs. It helps students and families calculate their net costs of attending Ball State and directs people to other resources for billing.

Office of Student Financial Services and Systems — formerly known as the Office of Bursar and Loan Administration

The Office of Student Financial Services and Systems charges tuition bills and collects payments. It also monitors Cardinal Cash accounts.

The Office of the Registrar handles class schedules and keeps students records, including transcripts and enrollment paperwork. If students need to visit the registrar in person, they are encouraged to call ahead.

The Office of Admissions provides resources for new freshmen and transfer students. It also plans undergraduate orientation.
