Each apartment at 17 Hundred is fully furnished in the living and dining areas. Some of the furniture includes a sofa, end table, coffee table, designer chair, ottoman, kitchen table, four chairs and two barstools. Although, most of the essentials are provided we welcome your creativity as you make the apartment your own with decorations and any additional furniture in your bedroom.

We believe the kitchen to be the most important room in the apartment here at 17 Hundred. Which is why we provide the best appliances in our kitchens for each of our units. Your unit will have GE Clean Steel modern appliances including: range, dishwasher, built in microwave and a refrigerator containing an ice maker. Additionally, we wanted to provide an aesthetically pleasing look so we decided to throw in a granite counter in each kitchen.

You will never have to question if you are safe with our solid safety precautions. We provide a reliable video surveillance system, secure building entrance, coded electronic door locks for each apartment and entry intercom system. You will be fully protected and can let your parents know that they do not have to worry about you anymore. Here at 17 Hundred we truly care about your safety.
