A chilly, wet, and windy day today saw temperatures drop up to twenty degrees compared to this time yesterday. Additionally, strong winds across the state meant wind chills up to ten degrees cooler. These two factors combined with wintry precipitation to create an overall unpleasant day for us here.

Tonight: Another rain system will move into our area during the late overnight hours tonight. Fortunately, the strong winds from today will have calmed a bit by then, and temperatures will actually increase overnight after a low of 39 early.

Tomorrow: The rain should clear out by the morning commute tomorrow, however a persistent cloud cover will stick around through most of the day. Temperatures will steadily warm up to 55 by late afternoon, with winds remaining light throughout the day.

7-Day: The clouds persist for several more days, bringing rain on Thursday and Friday, maybe even a thunderclap or two on Thursday. By the weekend the sun and sixties return to the forecast and stick around into next week.
