Apparently inclement weather is Mother Nature's idea of an April Fools' Day joke.
After snow started to fall late Sunday and settled Monday, the beginning of the week forecast looked more like February than April.
Showers are expected to continue throughout the day with possible severe thunderstorms later this evening.
However, students and Muncie residents weren't surprised because after all, they do live in Indiana.
