UPDATE: AEP reported that full power was restored to Ball State's campus at 7:44 p.m.

At 1:22 p.m., power outages occurred in several buildings across campus. The reason for the power outage is still unclear at this time, according to university spokesperson Marc Ransford. University facilities staff are investigating the cause of the outage, which is believed to be located off-campus, Ransford added.
