The Muncie Animal Shelter had a line out the door on June 23 as people waited to see dogs and cats up for adoption. The shelter is offering $5 adoptions on Friday and Saturday in hopes to give new homes to over 300 animals taken in this past month.
All available animals will be available for adoption for a one time fee. All animals are sterilized, current on age appropriate vaccinations and microchipped. The shelter will be open Friday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 12-3 p.m.
