The Jive Aces performed on April 6 at John J. Pruis Hall. The swing band placed third in Britain's Got Talent in 2012 and was the only band to advance to the semi-finals. This six-person group has performed together for over a decade and have performed at thousands of festivals, theatres and events throughout the UK, Europe, USA, Japan, Israel, South Africa, Morrocco and the Caribbean. They are known for their high energy jive music.

Azzarello was extinguished and rushed away by emergency services. He is in critical condition at Weill Cornell Medicine - Burn Center, according to a press conference held by the New York Police Department (NYPD).
