Warmer temperatures and rain are on the way for Muncie and Easter

MUNCIE, IN (NewsLink Indiana) -- As today progresses, cloud cover will increase as well. There will be some showers beginning during the night hours that will feed into the hours of Thursday. Throughout the morning hours of Thursday, there will be rain around the area with a chance for some potentially severe thunderstorms along with a high of 61. To end the work week on Friday, it will be a sunny day but it will be cool with temperatures sticking around the mid 40s for highs. Saturday will be the nicest day of the weekend with warmer temperatures around 60 for a high. For Easter Sunday, it will be rainy throughout the day with a high of 60. Beginning the work week on Monday, the rain from Sunday will be moving out in the morning making way for a sunny day and a high of 53. Tuesday will also have sunny skies and a high of 54.
