'FNaF World' releases early, missing features

As is the usual tradition with Five Nights at Freddy’s (FNaF) games, the recent entry (which had been scheduled for a February 19 release ) has been put out into the world almost a month earlier! On January 22, FNaF World was released for $9.99 on Steam for Windows. However, despite having an 87% approval rating on Steam (with an aggregate 9/10 rating), a major problem has arisen.

Although previous early launches had gone by without issue, Scott has confessed on his Steam page that this latest one isn’t exactly up to snuff:

“There are a lot of features that this game should have had before release, features that I was told about, but ignored and didn’t implement. Features such as being able to see what abilities do during battle, or being able to see a stats page for your characters. These are features that any good RPG would have. I got too eager to show the things that were finished, that I neglected to pay attention to the things that weren’t.”

He’s pledged to solve the absence of features that he meant to add as time progresses. For now, however, there’s at least 40 playable characters, multiple endings and difficulties. Not to mention that it’s certainly more frightening than was advertised in the adorable teaser.
