MUNCIE, IN (NewsLink Indiana) - A cold start to the day transpired to a decent day here in Muncie. Despite the cloudy afternoon skies, temperatures warmed up to 48 degrees. Tuesday, the first day of December, is looking to be another decent day despite the rain chances in the early morning hours. Expect an high Tuesday of 49 degrees. Wednesday's forecast includes the next chance of measurable precipitation. Cloudy skies and scattered rain showers will start the day, but then transition into mixed precipitation. Finally, in the evening, the precipitation will change over completely allowing us to see a few snow flurries. Expect highs on Wednesday to only reach the low 40's. Thursday and Friday temperatures will return closer to the average for the month of December. Highs will return to the mid-40's.
