They’re back… They’re bigger… They’re… cuter? A recent trailer on Five Nights At Freddy’s (FNAF) creator, Scott Cawthon’s, Youtube channel revealed the next iteration in his famous horror series. However, this one is different from the rest.

“The new game that I'm working on will be called FNAF World. It will not be a horror game, but a role playing game where you create a party using the huge selection of characters from the FNaF games, including the classic, withered, toy, phantom, and nightmare versions. I've been working steadily on characters and hope to start on enemy models next week.”
Who knows? Maybe this will be just the crazy twist needed to fuel new energy into the franchise.
The game has no definitive release date, although a teaser had been planned for release on Halloween since
FNAF 4 was released. Cawthon plans on launching it on PC, Android and iOS.
