MUNCIE, IN (NewsLink Indiana) -- Even though these past few days have brought temperatures well above average for this time of year, those warm temperatures will not last as a cold front is heading in our direction. Today will be our last day with those warmer temperatures with a high of 70 degrees. Skies will become mostly cloudy throughout the afternoon as that front moves closer into the evening and early morning hours of Friday. Early morning is when that cold front will move through our area bringing cooler temperatures and windy conditions with it. Friday will have a high of 63. This weekend will have highs in the lower 50's with mostly sunny skies and by the start of next week you can expect high temperatures in the mid-to-upper 50's.
