'Fallout 4' continues to break numerous records

It’s no surprise that Fallout 4 is breaking records. In fact Bethesda Softworks confirmed that the popular post-apocalyptic game now holds the title of the most viewed game launch of the year on Twitch.

Bethesda never revealed the exact numbers of views, but at least more than 240,000 views checked in on Twitch apps the day the game came out.

Twitch wasn’t the only records that Fallout broke. The game also broke Steam records and welcomed more than 444,000 Steam users who were playing. This made it the highest played non-Valve game.

The recorded breaking doesn’t stop there. The Pip-Boy companion app was the top downloaded game on the iTunes App Store as well.

12 million copies of Fallout 4 have been shipped on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC since its release on Tuesday.
