Netflix increases prices again

The popular streaming service, Netflix, has raised its prices once again. The company increased its price by $1, now making it $9.99 per month.

This $1 dollar raise will only affect new customers starting November 11. Past customers will still continue to pay their current price of $8.99 per month until October 2016. Customers who have been longtime Netflix subscribers will still pay $7.99 per month until May 2016.

Netflix increased its service in order to pull in more money so that they may continue to develop more original content. From this year alone, Netflix has welcomed more than two dozen new series, like Daredevil.

Even with their small price increase, Netflix is still the No. 1 streaming service in terms of subscriber numbers.
