4J Studios announced that the latest Minecraft Mash-Up Pack will be Halloween-themed and will be available to buy on October 23. The developer has released a trailer as well.
The Mash-Up Pack will include 43 character skins and a pre-created world to go with the Halloween Texture Pack. 4J Studios stated players will, “find a brand new world full of scary blocks and an eerie soundtrack.”
4J Studios also followed up with a tweet announcing that the release date includes all consoles.

The original Halloween Texture Pack was released On October 25, 2013.
