EA revealed that the Star Wars Battlefront Beta will be arriving October 8 and will be made available to everyone who owns a PS4, Xbox One and a PC.
In the beta players will be able to play in three different missions on three different planets. Players will also have the chance to play as Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader.
There is the Walker Assault mission on Hoth where players can fight an epic forty player battle as a rebel and destroy the Empire, or if you prefer the dark side then you can join the Empire and help protect it.
Then there’s the Drop Zone mission on Sullust where your skills will be put to the test as you band together to fight for control of the escape pods crashing down around you.
Lastly, there is the Survival mission on Tatooine where you can either play by yourself or with a friend on co-operative split-screen. You must try to fend off waves of Imperial forces; stormtroopers and TIE fighters are just a few of the enemies you’ll have to fight.
The Star Wars Battlefront Beta will end on October 12 and the full game is still set to hit stores November 17.
