Sec. of State Connie Lawson discusses security and fraud at BSU

Indiana Secretary of State Connie Lawson came to Ball State to discuss financial literacy with students, faculty and staff. She discussed topics like student loans and identity theft.

"I just urge you to think about a couple of things when you get asked how many credit cards you'd like to apply for," Lawson said. "Limit the number of those cards, obviously. And remember that our goal, for all of us, is to be making $100,000 after we graduate, but the reality is that many of us will not."
