The Muncie City Council suspended rules in order to discuss RFRA immediately. Mayor Dennis Tyler realized that Muncie's code left room for discrimination and that this had to be fixed.
"If you come to Muncie, you play by the rules and you're a law-abiding citizen, you're welcome here. You are always welcome here," Tyler said. "We now have laws in place that will protect you from discrimination."
Mayor Tyler and the city council said they don't like to rush through ordinances, but they didn't want to waste time on this one.

Self-immolation outside Manhattan courthouse where Trump trial is adjourned

Azzarello was extinguished and rushed away by emergency services.
