Senior McCormick Clouser is playing his final season as a member of the Ball State men's golf team. But he doesn't plan on stopping the game he loves once his college career is over.

The final round at the Sagamore Fall Preview was canceled Tuesday, due to heavy rain.

No. 1-ranked Illinois won the shortened tournament, with Monday’s results serving as a final score.

Ball State’s men’s golf team finished in 11th place at 612 (+36), with senior McCormick Clouser placing in 32nd at 7-over-par to lead the Cardinals.

Freshman Michael VanDeventer placed in 38th at 152.

Ball State has one team event remaining on its fall schedule, the Old Corkscrew Intercollegiate on Oct. 27-28 in Estero, Fla.
