Courtney Edon was named today to the 2014 Academic All-Mid-American Conference Outdoor Track and Field Team.
Edon was previously named to the Academic All-MAC squad for cross country and indoor track and field during for 2013-14. She is one of only eight others to complete this feat.
Edon, a junior distance runner, is a nursing major at Ball State. She carries a 3.865 GPA.
She competed in seven meets during the 2014 outdoor season. At the MAC Championships, she finished 11th in her event — the 15th best individual performance in the league this season. Edon also won her event in two invitationals.
