The schedule for the 2014 Ball State Coaches Caravan has been set, including stops in Chicago and Indianapolis.
The event gives fans an opportunity to meet and learn about Ball State athletics from Athletic Director Bill Scholl, football head coach Pete Lembo, men’s basketball head coach James Whitford and women’s basketball head coach Brady Sallee.
This year’s first stop is May 22 at the Players Club in Muncie. The Coaches Caravan will be in conjunction with the CVC Golf Classic from noon to 1 p.m.
After Muncie, the caravan travels north to Fort Wayne for a 5:30-7:30 p.m. get together May 29 at the Champions Sports Bar & Restaurant.
The caravan’s third stop is from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. May 31 at Victory Field, in conjunction with the Indianapolis Indians Outing.
Finishing this year’s tour is a stop at the Harry Caray's Restaurant in Chicago. The meet and greet is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. , central time, June 3 .
