MEN'S BASKETBALL: Freshman leaves team

Ramey averaged 2.9 points per game

Ball State men’s basketball freshman Michael Ramey has decided to leave the team, Tom St. Myer of the Muncie Star Press confirmed from media relations.

Ramey attended Southport High School in Indianapolis and averaged 17.2 points per game there.

He appeared in 10 games this season, averaging 2.9 points per game.

Ramey posted on Twitter that he will announce a new school soon.
