Tim Wheeler, president of the International Division of Jockey International is presenting "Going Global: Embracing a New Way of Doing Business" at the Whitinger Business Building Monday at 3 p.m.
His presentation discusses the current business environment as well as provide students with a better understanding of international business.
"There is a major shift taking place in the world that is impacting the U.S. in very important ways," he said in a press release. "Students can choose to ignore this significant shift or they can embrace it and meaningfully enhance their career opportunities."
He will also talk about his position at Jockey International and give students ideas on career opportunities in developing markets.
Jockey International is a manufacturer of underwear and related products. Wheeler has been a part of the company since 2006 and led the company to re-figure their image for the Jockey brand and other initiatives.
