A water flow alarm sounded at North Quad around 1 p.m., but no water leak was found.
Ltn. Jack Hunter of the Muncie Fire Department said firefighters couldn't find a leak. He said the alarm might have been activated by some other renovation activities.
Classes were evacuated from the building and let back in shortly after the alarm sounded.
