Students design official BSU fashion pieces

Students from Ball State University's department of fashion design worked to have a design for Ball State's official neck tie, scarf, pocket square and scarf after receiving the request from President Jo Ann Gora.

Forty three students participated in a contest that narrowed down the top five designs, Instructor of Family and Consumer Sciences Pamela Stigall said.
The official pieces will be selected next week by the president. The design of the official pieces have been an annual process.
