John A. Bloomis, 53, 1001 Venna Ave., Niles, Ohio, was arrested at 12:21 a.m. March 3 at 3300 N. Chadam Lane on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Staci Lyn Neal, 43, 3309 W. Oliver Drive, was arrested at 12:49 a.m. March 3 at Morrison and McGalliard roads on charges of operating while intoxicated with a prior conviction, operating with a BAC of .08 or more and operating while intoxicated/endangering a person.

Kerri Lynn Wolfe, 41, 2502 Godman Ave., was arrested at 10:32 a.m. March 3 at Godman and Tillotson avenues on two counts of failure to appear and driving while suspended.

Anthonio Montana Perry, 23, 1608 N. Brady St., was arrested at 1:33 a.m. March 5 at 700 N. Reserve St. on charges of failure to appear, operating while intoxicated with a prior conviction, driving under the influence and identity deception.

Timothy Jacob Whitton, 23, 712 W. Queen St., was arrested at 1:59 a.m. March 7 at 712 W. Queen St. on two counts of failure to appear.

Michael Dion Jones, 32, 809 W. Riverside Ave., was arrested at 9:49 p.m. March 9 at 809 W. Riverside Ave. on the charge of failure to appear.

Collin T. Ferrier, 23, 1105 Valdosta Drive, Fort Wayne, was arrested at 12:51 a.m. Thursday at 3401 N. Tillotson Ave. on charges of theft, possession of stolen property, unauthorized motor vehicle entry, resisting law enforcement, public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Amanda Lynnett Woods, 26, 1208 Bunch Blvd., was arrested at 8:50 p.m. Thursday at 200 N. Bittersweet Lane on charges of indecent exposure and public intoxication.

Rachel Angela Doll, 26, 209 N. Copperwood Court, was arrested at 8:50 p.m. Thursday at 200 N. Bittersweet Lane on charges of indecent exposure and public intoxication.

John W. Phillips, 42, 3200 Grace Lane, was arrested at 8:58 p.m. Monday at 3500 N. Tillotson Ave. on charges of driving under the influence and operating while intoxicated/endangering a person.

M. Leroy Shaul Jr., 57, 1803 W. Charles St., was arrested at 11:07 p.m. Tuesday at White River Boulevard and Jackson Street on charges of resisting law enforcement, illegal possession sec. II and operating with a BAC of .08 or more.
