Islam: Religion and Culture

L.A. Pittenger Student Center Room 102 (Yuhas Room)
This event will allow students to experience hands-on activities related to several Islamic cultures.

Understanding Islam

7:30 p.m. Thursday
Whitinger Business Building Room 300
A keynote speech presented by Imam Wazir Ali, who is the director of Mercy Community Center and the resident Imam of Houston's Masjid of Al-Islam and Masjid Al-Qur'an, according to his online blog.

Islamic Center of Muncie Open House

3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday
5141 W. Hessler Road in Muncie
The local Islamic Center will host a lecture, followed by open discussion by the audience.
