After the first two rounds, the Ball State University women's golf team is in fifth place at the Nittany Lions Invitation.
Ball State shot a 311 and 308 in Saturday's two rounds and trails first-place Rollins College by 25 shots entering the final round.
The Cardinals have two players in the top 15. Junior Brittany Kelly finished the day in eighth place with a 149 after shooting a team-low 73 in the second round, and Rachel Pruett is in 13th place with a 153.
The final 18 holes of this tournament will begin Sunday morning.
