The Office of Orientation is accepting applications for Welcome Week Leaders for Ball State University's 2009-10 school year.
According to a press release, Welcome Week Leaders will help freshmen move into residence halls and become familiar with campus services and activities and promote and assist at the week's events. Welcome Week is Aug. 19 to Aug. 29, but leaders will only work from Aug. 18 to Aug. 23.
Students need at least a 2.2 cumulative GPA and must be willing to work about 20 hours that week to apply. Eligible students can pick up applications at the Orientation Office in Lucina Hall Rm. 151, L.A. Pittenger Student Center Rm. 118 or 133, the Multicultural Center, Carmichael Hall Rm. 104 or at any residence hall desk. Applications are due March 6.
