Party leader: Indiana still a toss up

INDIANAPOLIS-Despite Barack Obama being declared the 44th President of the United States, Indiana's 11 electoral votes still have not been decided.

Indiana Democrat state chairman Dan Parker said Obama is up 9,000 votes statewide.

Lake County, Grant County and Monroe County are still yet to be counted, he said.

"It's still to close to call," he said. "When you wake up in the morning, you might be waking up in a blue state."
