Gilbert, who has led the Cardinals in all four of their races this season, finished with a team-best time of 22:41.8. Her time placed her 187th among the 281 runners in the 6,000-meter women's white race, in which Ball State competed.

Sarah Kehe recorded her best time of the season for Ball State, 23:01.6, to finish 213th among the 281 runners.

Lisa Arrowsmith finished third among the four Cardinals' runners and 219th overall with a time of 23:09.5. Brittany Ade finished 232nd with a time of 23:22.1.

With just four runners competing this weekend for Ball State, the Cardinals did not record a team score in the event.
