The Ball State University Student Government Association approved five members to caucuses and Jimmy Faroh as President Pro-Tempore in its Wednesday meeting.
Faroh is the brother of Michele Faroh, Team Lisec's secretary during the 2006-2007 SGA term. He, Michelle Voss and David Voelker ran for the position, but after speeches on why each one would best serve the position, senators voted Faroh would take the job.
"I'm extremely excited and looking forward to helping in any way I can," he said.
Senators also approved Faroh to serve on the Off-Campus Caucus, along with Katie Kovac and Eric McCoy. Senators approved Voss and Daniel Morten to serve on the At-Large Caucus.
