Four members of the women's outdoor track team represented Ball State at the Stanford Invitational this past weekend. Senior Sarah Huddleston, junior Jill Scully and sophomores Rose Lehe and Amanda Ponsot represented Ball State at the 31st annual Stanford Invite, held Friday and Saturday in Palo Alto, Calif.
Scully topped the BSU list as she took fourth in her section of the 10,000-meter run. Meanwhile, Ponsot was 11th in her section of the 1,500-meter race. Lehe finished in 18th in her block of the 5,000-meter, while Huddleston took 31st in the same race.
The meet featured over 4,000 of the top athletes from college and high schools all over the country. No team scores recorded. Next week, the Cards will travel to West Lafayette for the Mike Poehlein Invitational.
