Junior wide receiver Dante Ridgeway announced today that he will enter the 2005 National Football League Draft and skip his final year of eligability.
Ridgeway was one of three finalists for the Fred Biletnikoff Award, which goes to the nation’s top collegiate wide receiver. He was also named to the Walter Camp Football Foundation All-America Second Team in 2004 and The Associated Press All-America Second Team.
Ridgeway led the NCAA in receptions per game and receiving yards per game.
