Ball State students who live off-campus and find themselves still without power are able to stay free-of-charge in a residence hall while spaces are available.
Students should go to the housing office in LaFollette Complex between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. to reserve a place in Trane Residence Hall in DeHority Complex.
Alan Hargrave, housing and residence life director, said 25 students stayed in the residence hall on Sunday.
"We are trying to help students have a warm place to sleep, shower and study," Hargrave said. "We're providing a service during this situation at no charge."
Last week, before power had come back on in DeHority Complex, Ball Gym was used as a free shelter to house Muncie residents without power.
