Graduate students interested in studying in Washington, D.C., can apply for the 2004 Charles and Kathleen Manatt Democracy Studies Fellowship.
The program awards two fellowships with a stipend of $1,800 for four to six weeks. Students will do research on a variety of international projects at the F. Clifton White Resource Center.
