Muncie Police have launched a homicide investigation into thedeath of Ball State student Karl Harford, 20.
Harford was found dead in the backseat of his car Sundayafternoon in the east side of Muncie. He had been at a house partythe night before.
Harford, a sophomore, graduated from Carmel High School.
