Michael S. "Mikey" McKinney, 21, of 363 Shawswick Station Road,Bedford, died Saturday in Muncie.
Born April 23, 1982, in Madison, he was the son of Timothy andLisa (Locke) McKinney.
He attended Ball State University, and he was a member of St.Vincent DePaul Catholic Church in Bedford.
Survivors include his parents; one brother, Ryan McKinney ofBedford; two sisters, Katie McKinney of Cincinnati, Ohio, and RosieMcKinney of Bedford; his paternal grandparents, Tom and HeleneMcKinney of Madison; seven uncles; three aunts; one nephew; and oneniece.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Rosemaryand Robert Locke.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Wednesday atSt. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church of Bedford with Father BernieCox officiating. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery in Bedford.Friends may call from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at Ferguson-LeeFuneral Home of Bedford. The rosary service will be conducted at7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Special Olympics or thecharity of the donor's choice.
