Fourth of July Festivities
July 3
-Muncie Parade, 6 p.m., from Muncie Central High School parking lot down Walnut Street. The first 3,000 people on Walnut will be given American flags.
-Downtown Muncie, All-American Picnic hosted by Jaycee's with music by Mud Eye Joe from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Walking Carfish Band 8:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
July 4
-Performance by America's Hometown Band at 7:30 p.m. at Minnetrista Cultural Center
-Fireworks display on the levee at Muncie Central High School and Minnetrista, set to begin around 9 p.m.
