The Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association's nine coaches selected junior Brendan Surane and sophomore Matt Walsh to the All-MIVA Second Team, and senior Hiago Garchet, sophomore Mitch Weiler and freshman Adam Wessel earned All-MIVA Honorable Selection.
Earlier in the season, Surane was awarded MIVA Offensive Player of the Week two different times. Walsh was awarded MIVA Defensive Player of the Week once this season.
Ball State hosts McKendree at 7:30 p.m. April 16 in the quarterfinals of the MIVA tournament.
McKendree also had a number of players who earned MIVA All-Conference honors. Sophomore outside hitter Jared Wilcox, sophomore middle back Brendan Schmidt and junior middle back Wyatt Patterson all earned All-MIVA Honorable Mention.
