Ball State Softball fell to Butler 5-4 in its final non-conference game of the season Tuesday evening. This loss snaps the Cardinals' previous 11 game winning streak, which was tied for most in program history.
The Cardinals defeated Eastern Michigan 2-1 in a do-or-die game for Ball State. Junior midfielder Jenna Dombrowski led the Cardinals with a goal in the 18th minute of the first half and the 49th minute of the second.
