Life After the Diploma

According to the Ball State Hiring Guide for Employers, during the 2019-2020 year, Ball State had a 95 percent job placement rate with 81 percent of graduates employed in their field of study.  Two Ball State graduates share their stories after graduating college.

But first, let me take a selfie at SelfieWRLD Schaumburg

The moment I knew there was a museum dedicated to taking selfies with friends, I wanted to get a group of my own friends together and go to SelfieWRLD Schaumburg and make a day of it. Although I didn’t expect to make a trip to Chicago and back in a day, it was worth every twist in the plan—which included forgetting about the time change and spontaneously stopping at “The Bean” in Millenium Park.

'Creating a Sustainable Society' webinar provides in-depth look at sustainability across US

The Ball State College of Health and the American Dairy Association, Indiana Inc. sponsored “Creating a Sustainable Society,” a webinar series on modern sustainability practices, Oct. 26. With speakers from multiple areas of expertise including architecture, agriculture and business, the series aims to explain the problems and solutions being implemented across the world to combat climate change and unsustainable industry practices.

Queen Bee, also known as Ziyoou-vachi, utilizes bright colors, creative themes and costumes, octave changes, and diverse discography completely enraptured me. After first hearing some of their music, I decided to research more into who exactly this group is.
