In front of a record-setting crowd at Worthen Arena on Black Friday, the Ball State Cardinals (5-1) undefeated season came to an end as they fell to the Notre Dame Fighting Irish (6-0) by a score of 90-59.
Despite Ball State men’s basketball moving to 5-1 with a 92-74 win over Arkansas Pine-Bluff, it was the same story as it has been throughout each of the Cardinals first six games this season.
On Friday afternoon, Ball State took the court against Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Friday afternoon. After some big performances on offense and some other factors, the Cardinals defeated the Lions 92-74.
Head coach Brady Sallee said he knew coming in that IUPUI would be a tough fight.
