Coming off a win against Central Michigan, the Ball State gymnastics team (4-6, 2-0) looks to stay undefeated in the Mid-American Conference as they face Bowling Green. The Cardinals head into a conference-heavy schedule allowing them to survey the competition. Bowling Green will also be the site for this season’s MAC Championship.

Magic filled the air Friday night at the Horizon Convention Center in downtown Muncie. The Ball State gymnastics team hosted its fifth annual Royal Princess Ball. Kids in kindergarten to seventh grade were invited to dance the night away with some gymnastics “royalty.”

Ball State gymnastics (4-6, 2-0) captured their fourth win of the season defeating Central Michigan (6-3, 1-2) by a score of 195.425-194.000. The Cardinals saw an improvement in their score as they jumped up their average by 1.25 points from the last meet.

Ball State women’s swim and dive kicked off its 2016-17 season Oct. 22 at Purdue in the Indiana Intercollegiate meet. Along with Purdue, the team faced six other Indiana state schools including DePauw, Evansville, Manchester, Rose-Hulman, Valparaiso and Indiana State.
