MUNCIE, Ind.--- Foister’s Flowers held their sixth annual “Petal It Forward” event Wednesday, allowing for their first 200 visitors to receive two free bouquets of flowers.

MUNCIE, Ind.--A Muncie man has been charged with battery and neglect after a 14-month-old in his care was found with multiple injuries.
