Beginning Needlepoint

Gone are the days of your grandmother's needlepointing—today's needlepointing experience is vibrant, dynamic, and entirely customizable. In each class you can create a one-of-a-kind needlepointed piece by selecting your own thread colors. The stitch guide that accompanies the project allows you to even choose the stitches you want to use to complete the project. Open to all skill levels.

For ages 8-15. Are you interested in taking a closer look at the natural world around you? Join Red-tail Land Conservancy and Robert Cooper Audubon Society to learn about nature through birding! This youth birding outing is open to all age groups, but materials will be geared towards ages 8-15. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A map will lead children through the streets of a very special neighborhood, where they will meet people from community centers, arts organizations, charity groups and much more.
