Muncie Howl-O-Ween is a Halloween party you can bring your furry friends to! All friendly pets on a leash (or in a carrier) are invited to attend with their family. We will have animal rescue groups, contests, raffles, silent auction, obedience demonstrations, and pet specialty vendors! Proceeds collected from the silent auction will go to Action for Animals to help pay for spay and neuter surgeries.
We'll have 3 costume contests: one for best look-a-like (owner and pet), one for most creative and one for cutest. The doggie trick contest will have one lucky winner so be sure your dog brushes up on his tricks!

Unravel the opioid crisis one step at a time when you explore FIX: Heartbreak and Hope Inside Our Opioid Crisis. Using a mix of art, science, multi-media, hands-on interactives, and inspiring artwork, this exhibit will help you better understand the nature of addiction, how we got here and what we can all do to help change the course we’re on and move Indiana from crisis to resolution. FIX aims to break the stigma surrounding opioid use disorder, remove the shame and isolation surrounding this disease, and show how we can play a pivotal role in managing this crisis. Come join the conversation at Minnetrista!
Organized by the Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites. FIX is supported by Next Level Recovery, FSSA, Ball Brothers Foundation, George and Frances Ball Foundation, Efroymson Family Fund/ A CICF Fund, CVS Health, and Jasper Group Brand.Minnetrista
The Human Library is designed to build a positive framework for conversations that can question stereotypes and prejudices through dialogue—a place where real people are on loan to readers. A place where difficult questions are expected, appreciated and answered. Join us for the opportunity to talk to various “books” and hear stories from those that are different that you, those willing to tell their story.Minnetrista
