Police make arrest after Village Pantry shooting

The Muncie Police Department (MPD) responded to a shooting at the Village Pantry at 3301 N. Morrison road around 9 p.m. according to MPD Dispatch. 

Officers in the area are searching for the subject — described as a white man with long blonde hair. Users on social media reported a large police presence at the Haven Apartment Complex at 3701 N. Marleon drive, confirmed by MDP Dispatch. 

The suspect was reportedly apprehended just before 1 a.m.
