Bracken Library reopens after electrical issue caused closer

University Libraries will reopen in phases, phase two lasting until August 15. The general public is able to use the library during phases two and three and regular hours will be in place as of August 16. Brooke Kemp, DN

Update: According to an email sent by Ball State Communication Center, Bracken Library will be reopening at 3 p.m. Sept. 27. 

Due to the building closure, the in-person Helpdesk, the Technology Store and the Bookmark wCafe will be unavailable until further notice. 

Ball State University announced the information around 9 a.m. on Sept. 27.

This story will be updated as more information becomes available.

Any student needing Helpdesk services should open a ticket at the online Technology Helpdesk.
